A small tech company with about $450M in revenues is looking for someone to lead their transfer pricing function. For this role there is already an analyst in place, so there will be one direct report.
The company is only a couple years old and they've never had anyone dedicated to TP there - this is essentially a blank slate for you to paint your TP masterpiece.
The person who fills this highly visible position will interact with all business units and subsidiaries of the company and will work on APAs and other intercompany agreements. This is in addition to documentation, management of consultants, and audit defense.

Transfer Pricing Sr. Manager, Northwest, Corporate
Some say this company changed the world. There’s a remarkably good chance that you’ve used one of their products at some point today without thinking twice about it.
They need someone like you to join their transfer pricing team. This role will be involved in audit defense, M&A planning, IP migration, and the rest of what seems to be the whole gamut of transfer pricing intricacies.
From everything I’ve heard this is a fantastic opportunity, and it’s one that probably won’t be around very long.

Transfer Pricing Director, North East
My Client is a multi-billion dollar conglomerate and a leader in their field. They’re headquartered in the North East. With a large multinational presence and acquisitive nature their transfer pricing needs can be very intricate. They’re looking for you to join their team.
They’re looking for a Director of Transfer Pricing. This will be a second seat in a large department. The position will focus strongly on APAs (both unilateral and multilateral,) audit defense, and perhaps most importantly strategy and planning. This is all in addition to many “standard” director level responsibilities.
With the promise for challenging and exciting work and the lofty seat and responsibilities that come with this opportunity it is one that is very attractive and will therefore not be open very long. If you think you’re remotely interested please contact me for more information before it’s too late.

Transfer Pricing Manager North West
My client is a $16B company. They have at least 12 subsidiaries and a tremendous multinational presence. They need a Transfer Pricing Manager. They created a Sr. Manager role for the person who was initially the manager, and they're now back-filling it.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of TP experience. This person WILL NOT be ready for a promotion, but instead will be "young and hungry;" ready to take on the world.
This is an opportunity for someone who wouldn't see a manager title, or manager responsibilities for a couple of years to get those things now. Moreover, they is really big on hiring from within, and this person will have a lot of opportunity for professional growth without leaving the company - this isn't a stop on your resume, this is a new home.

Nation Wide
My client is a national consulting firm; not Big 4, not Tier 2, and proud of it. They hire only experienced professionals, and are better for it as all of their time goes to the improvement of their already outstanding employees. They've recently created a transfer pricing practice and are looking to grow it with quality professionals like yourself.
This is an opportunity to get a lot more face time with clients than you may already experience. They need professionals like yourself to go to the client site and "do transfer pricing," the intimate details of which you know better than I. This is a chance to go well above and beyond the scope of your current job and into excellence.
They need people in almost every major city, but New York particularly so. If you're ready to grow with the best of the best call me.

Transfer Pricing Manager South West
This client is a $14B company based in Silicon Valley. Their tax department is located in the Colorado area due to a reverse-take-over in a 2006 merger. This department prides itself in being a cohesive team, as the hiring manager said, "people tend to not want to leave."
They're looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager. This person will be the second seat in the unit and will have two direct reports, who are essentially data miners. The Manager will be taking the compiled data from the staff, analyzing it, and forming preliminary conclusions. In the corporate world this set of responsibilities typically comes a little farther down the road than 2 years, making this a tremendous opportunity!
Their target candidate is in the midwest at big 4, with, as stated above, 2-5 years of transfer pricing experience. The critical element to the incumbent's background is that they have accounting or audit experience in addition to solid transfer pricing experience. This is because the primary function of this positon will be intercompany accounting, economic analysis will be a secondary function. They will pay for relo. They want someone who has, and will continue to demonstrate loyalty to the company.
